Each of our function rooms has its own private undercover catering area - enabling your guests to enjoy the great outdoors during their meal breaks. Many of these areas may also be used for breakout groups and activities. Each room also has its own amenities and ample complimentary parking just outside and most rooms feature ample natural light. Each room also has a purified water station and includes mints for your guests. All rooms are fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Adjoining the property is a large parkland area - perfect for team building activities and exercise. There are many different options for your conference catering - all of which is prepared fresh on-site daily by our experienced team of chef's.

Alexander Room
The Alexander Room is our largest reception room. Recently renovated, this room features neutral tones and has a large wooden dance floor. The ceiling in this room features polished wooden panels and mood lighting to create a warm atmosphere of intimacy and romance. The Alexander Room features large double glass doors that open out onto your own private outdoor courtyard area. This courtyard area also features a stunning water feature, making it the perfect place for your pre-dinner drinks. This room can comfortably seat 60 - 160 guests at round tables or banquet style.

Kentia Room
The Kentia Room is located at the northern end of our property, near the Parthenia Street entrance. The most formal of our function rooms, the Kentia Room features an adjoining bar area, cane chairs and a baby grand piano. The apex ceiling features large chandeliers and the elegant French doors in the bar area open up to an outdoor courtyard. Like the Alexander Room, the Kentia Room also has a wooden dance floor built into an annex in the room. As this room adjoins our north kitchen, it is a favourite amongst our clients for formal dinners and evening conferences.

Royal Room
The Royal Room is located near the Zillmere Road entrance. Our third largest room, the Royal Room has a undercover courtyard that offers a fantastic venue for all your catering needs. This room has its own kitchen allowing this venue to also cater for dinner functions and evening conferences.

Cocos Room
The Cocos Room is located near Reception and the Rocklily Restaurant. This room features an outdoor undercover pergola area for catering and break-out groups which overlooks our south pool. Almost one whole wall of this room is glass which allows plenty of natural light into the room. This side of the room also looks out into the adjoining pergola area. With easy access to the Rocklily Bar and our main kitchen, this room is also suitable for small dinners, cocktail parties and evening conferences.

Carpentaria Room
The Carpentaria Room is located at the northern end of our property near the Parthenia Street entrance. This room features an undercover outdoor terrace which adjoins the room and overlooks our feature fountain. One wall of this room is glass and features drapes that can be open or closed depending on your requirements.

Phoenix Room
The Phoenix Room is located near Reception and the Rocklily Restaurant. This is the newest of our function rooms, having only been available since September 2003. This room features a pull-down screen for your presentation needs. Catering for this room is served in our nearby Rocklily Brasserie.

Boardroom
The Boardroom is located near the Zillmere Road entrance near the Royal Room. This room features a large boardroom table with ten high-back leather executive chairs. With a pull-down screen and wall-mounted whiteboard, the Boardroom is the perfect venue for small meetings, training and interviews.
